TGN is a network and place of resources, and an empowerment group that encourages, promotes, and assists with the self-improvement of others.
To make a positive impact on the lives of same gender loving (SGL) men of color globally, eliminate division within our community and produce leaders who pay our mission forward and make a difference. We Accomplish this by motivating, inspiring, uplifting and supporting SGL men of color, by teaching SGL men to put their differences to the side and unite,by promoting self-Improvement and brotherhood, by encouraging freedom and authenticity, by providing a safe space where SGL men of color can show up as their authentic selves, heal and grow, by fostering quality relationship-building in our community.
We envision a global network and brotherhood of SGL men of color who are leaders in their respective communities, and who create and foster opportunities for others to grow and develop.
TGN has 3 major goals: For each of our chapters to own property in our respective cities where we can offer quality programming and facilitate our own events, to operate a Global Leadership Academy, and to operate a national of collective outreach initiatives.
